BENEFITS & BASIC CONDITIONS
Your Membership Card is important and proof of your membership. Guard it well.
Present your card at the IGA Supermarket & Liquor checkout and your rebate is recorded on your membership file and accumulated over a twelve month period, December to November. You will receive a rebate voucher which is redeemable in the IGA Supermarket and Bottle Shop.
Present your card at any of the participating businesses in this scheme and receive added points to your credit file. (Please check in-store as certain conditions may apply)
PLEASE NOTE:
- Your membership card must be presented at the checkout.
We regret to advise NO MEMBERSHIP CARD NO REBATE can be processed.
- A replacement card will attract a $5 fee.
SHAREHOLDER/MEMBERS’ ENTITLEMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Each shareholding is entitled to one(1) vote at the AGM or any Special General Meeting (i.e) ONE vote per shareholding regardless of the number of shares held.
NB: Joint members’ shall have one(1) vote. Member appearing first on application form will have the vote: refer Rule 17.4 of Rules of Macleay Regional Co-operative Limited – This also applies to any membership variations.
Your shareholding cannot be sold or transferred to another party without written consent of the Board.
To retain your membership you must be an ACTIVE MEMBER, the activity test requires that you spend annually a minimum of ONE HUNDRED & TWENTY DOLLARS ($120.00) in the Co-op’s Kempsey Supa IGA Supermarket and Liquor Store.
