The IGA Community Chest is where a percentage of the takings of selected products sold in the Supermarket and various fund raising activities is returned annually to local charities.

Community Partnerships

Since 1905 The Macleay Regional Co-operative Ltd has been a contributor to the wellbeing of the Macleay and the nation. In the early days when transport was limited and life on the land was a dawn-to-dark grind, neighbour relied on neighbour for survival. By helping each other the pioneers created community and therefore kinship.

Today the Macleay Regional Co-operative Ltd continues to support a range of community programs and service group initiatives in the Macleay Valley.
