Macleay Regional Co-operative Limited is a medium sized co-operative on the Mid North Coast of NSW, it's core business is the Kempsey Supa IGA Supermarket, the 5 Star Fitness Centre and landlord of key investment properties in the CBD of Kempsey. The Directors of Macleay Regional Co-operative Limited invite shareholders to invest in the Co-operative by applying for Unsecured Debenture Stock pursuant to s266A of the Co-operatives Act 1992.

THE INTEREST RATES EFFECTIVE UNDER THE INVITATION ARE AS FOLLOWS:

$1,000 to $24,999	5.50%
$25,000 to $99,999	5.70%
$100,000 plus	5.90%

DEBENTURE STOCK Current Rates 24 Month Term - 1/12/2009 to 30/11/11
$1,000 to $24,999	5.80%
$25,000 to $99,999	6.00%
$100,000 plus	6.20%

Download Application for Debenture Stock and Disclosure Statement. Complete this form and return to the Administration Manager with cheque or money order.

Application must be for a minimum amount of $1,000 and there after in multiples of $50.00

Interest on Debenture Stock paid four times per annum; 28 February, 31 May, 31 August, and 30 November of each year.
